  2. The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product (for local deliveries; you can adjust this period based on local practices).

  3. The product must be in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, including manuals, accessories, and tags.

  4. Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or customized nature, such as:

    • Earphones / headphones once opened (if sealed packaging is broken)

    • Custom orders or personalized items


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective / Malfunctioning

  • Incorrect item delivered

You are eligible for a full replacement or refund. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing smileshub40@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos of the product or packaging showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Smile Hub will review the request and provide instructions for returning the item.

    • Replacement: Shipped within 3–5 business days, depending on stock availability

Note: Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to a Smile Hub error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or mobile payment).

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Partial refunds may be issued if items are returned not in original condition or missing accessories.


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are handled as a return and new order process.

6. Cancellations
